Yoga with Dianne Adams – Hepworth Church Hall & Oliphant Women’s Institute

CLASS SCHEDULE

Flow Yoga & Lean Out Yoga

All Yoga classes are designed to accommodate Beginner to Intermediate Level. Classes open to anyone who has never done Yoga to the experienced Yogis.

HEPWORTH CHURCH HALL – Located beside UPI on the South side towards Parkhead

DATE: Wednesday’s 6:50 to 8:15pm (class starts at 7pm)
Thursday’s 8:50 to 10:15am (class starts at 9am)

Location: 424 Bruce Street – Located beside the UPI Gas Station (the side heading south or towards Parkhead)

OLIPHANT WOMENS INSTITUTE HALL- Corner of Sauble Parkway and Bryant Street

DATE: MONDAYS 6:50pm to 8:15pm (class starts at 7pm)

Fee: $12 per class drop in or 4 weeks for $40 (no time frame to be used)

What you need: Yoga mat, blanket, comfortable clothing and barefoot

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO BE THAT GRATEFUL AND THANKFUL IN THIS CRAZY WORLD….

This is a question that I get quite often in my line of work and in my life. There is so much pain and torment in the world and I feel truly blessed that I have the insight and passion to see what the positive side of life has to offer. Now I am not saying that I never get down but I know that when I am in that state I know that it is for a reason and that everything will work out ok.

My passion in life is to help you feel good about yourself and realize that life is a gift and each moment is precious. I want to help you when you feel that you just can’t find anything positive to say or feel in your life and to overcome that feeling and one day say “I too am grateful for everything and everyone in my life”. Life is to be lived moment by moment and to learn from our mistakes.

I want to thank all of the people in my life who have challenged me, upset me and made me the person I am today. There is a saying that the people who challenge you the most are your greatest teachers. I want to thank the teachers in my life and to say I am who I am today because of it.
